What counts as a conversation?
Our metering is deliberately simple and honest:
- One customer chatting with your AI during a billing month = one conversation, no matter how many messages go back and forth.
- Reminders, confirmations, and automation messages never consume quota.
- Quotas by plan: Starter 400 · Growth 1,200 · Pro 5,000 conversations/month.
- Need more mid-month? +100 conversations = 49 SAR — published, no surprises. Other add-ons: +1,000 contacts 29 SAR/mo, +5 campaigns 99 SAR/mo, Analytics Plus 99 SAR/mo.
- Meta's own messaging fees (official API only) are billed by Meta at cost — we add nothing. QR mode has no Meta fees.
You can see your live usage in the dashboard at any time. Unlike some platforms, we don't silently freeze your inbox mid-month — if you're running low, your account team will help you top up.

- رسوم ميتا للمحادثات (الربط الرسمي فقط) تُحصّلها ميتا بالتكلفة — لا نضيف شيئاً. وضع الباركود بلا رسوم ميتا.
استهلاكك الحي ظاهر في لوحتك دائماً. وعلى خلاف بعض المنصات، لا نجمّد صندوقك فجأة وسط الشهر — وإذا قارب رصيدك على النفاد، يساعدك فريق حسابك في التعبئة.
