Campaigns and Meta templates

Campaigns send a message to many customers at once — offers, Eid greetings, recall pushes. Because bulk messaging is regulated by WhatsApp, campaigns require the official Meta API (see QR vs API).

1. Audience: pick contacts by tag, import a list, or (clinics) import from your patient records.
2. Template: campaign messages must be Meta-approved templates. Create one in the dashboard — we guide the wording so it passes review (most approve within hours).
3. Send & track: schedule it, then watch delivery and read status (when available). Sending is automatically paced to protect your number's quality rating (details below). Replies land in your inbox and the AI answers them.

Campaign limits by plan: Starter no campaigns; Growth 10 launches/month with up to 5,000 recipients per launch; Pro unlimited launches with up to 25,000 recipients per launch. Audience size never blocks a campaign — bigger lists simply send over several days (see below). Contacts who reply become normal AI conversations.

How fast do campaigns send?

Every WhatsApp business number has a daily limit set by Meta (how many different customers it may message per day). To protect your number's quality rating, FlowVerse sends at a safe pace — up to about 80% of your Meta daily limit in any 24 hours, and only between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM Riyadh time. A campaign bigger than one day's budget is never rejected: it keeps sending automatically, day after day, until everyone is reached. It stays Running in Campaign History and the progress bar advances each day.

Why is my campaign "Pending Approval"?

Some campaigns are checked by the FlowVerse team before they go out — this protects your number from Meta blocks:

• Your first campaign is always reviewed (usually the same day).
• Large campaigns (over 1,000 recipients) are reviewed until your account has a proven sending history; after that they launch instantly.
• Each plan has a per-launch size cap: Starter 500, Growth 5,000, Pro 25,000 recipients per campaign. For a bigger list, split the audience or upgrade.

An approved campaign starts by itself — you don't need to do anything.

What do the recipient statuses mean?

• Pending — queued, waiting for its daily sending slot.
• Sending — being handed to WhatsApp right now.
• Sent / Delivered / Read — the normal WhatsApp ticks.
• Failed — WhatsApp could not deliver (wrong number, etc.); you can retry these from campaign details.
• Skipped — Meta's own limit for that person: they recently received many promotional messages (from you or other businesses), so WhatsApp declined this one. We don't retry within 24 hours — that protects your number's rating. A few skips in a large campaign are normal.

How to raise your daily limit

Your daily limit comes from Meta, and FlowVerse re-syncs it automatically every hour. To raise it: verify your business with Meta — unverified numbers are capped by Meta at roughly 250 different customers per day; after verification the limit starts at 1,000+ and rises automatically (10,000 and beyond) as long as quality stays good.
