Campaigns and Meta templates

Campaigns send a message to many customers at once — offers, Eid greetings, recall pushes. Because bulk messaging is regulated by WhatsApp, campaigns require the official Meta API (see QR vs API).

1. Audience: pick contacts by tag, import a list, or (clinics) import from your patient records.
2. Template: campaign messages must be Meta-approved templates. Create one in the dashboard — we guide the wording so it passes review (most approve within hours).
3. Send & track: schedule it, then watch delivery and read status (when available). Replies land in your inbox and the AI answers them.

Campaign limits by plan: Starter none, Growth 10/month, Pro unlimited. Contacts who reply become normal AI conversations.
