Customize your automation messages

Open Settings → Automations in your dashboard (/dashboard/settings/automations). Each automation (reminders, confirmations, review requests, cart recovery…) has an editor with:

• Your message text — write it in your own voice. Leave it empty to use our tested default.
• Placeholders — tap a chip to insert variables like {الاسم}, {التاريخ}, {الوقت}, {الطبيب}, {رقم_الطلب}. They fill in automatically per customer.
• Live preview — see exactly how the WhatsApp bubble will look before saving.
• Timing — when each message fires (e.g., 24h before, 1h before, X hours after cart abandonment).

QR mode: your text is sent as-is — no approvals. Meta API mode: any business-initiated message sent outside WhatsApp's 24-hour window requires a Meta-approved template; the editor guides you and warns if a template isn't approved yet.
