Reminders and confirmations
Every booked appointment automatically gets a confirmation message, a reminder 24 hours before, and another 1 hour before — each with one-tap Confirm and Reschedule buttons.
- Customizable: edit the message text, timing, and language from Automations. Empty text = our tested default.
- Tap-to-confirm: the patient's tap is recorded in the dashboard, so your morning list shows who confirmed.
- Reschedule button: every reminder also carries a Reschedule button — tapping it opens a booking form to pick a new time, and the clinic is notified.
- No-show follow-up: patients who miss their slot get a polite re-booking message automatically.
- Free forever: reminders and confirmations never consume your AI conversation quota — only real customer conversations count.
On the official Meta API, reminders use Meta-approved utility templates. On QR mode, you write them in your own words — no approval needed.

كل موعد محجوز يحصل تلقائياً على رسالة تأكيد، وتذكير قبل 24 ساعة، وتذكير آخر قبل ساعة — وكلها مع زرّي تأكيد وإعادة جدولة بلمسة واحدة.
- قابلة للتخصيص: عدّل نص الرسالة وتوقيتها ولغتها من الأتمتة. النص الفارغ = رسالتنا الافتراضية المجرّبة.
- تأكيد بلمسة: ضغطة المريض تُسجّل في اللوحة، فقائمة صباحك تُظهر من أكّد.
- زر إعادة الجدولة: كل تذكير يحمل أيضاً زر إعادة جدولة — بالضغط عليه تُفتح صفحة حجز لاختيار وقت جديد، وتُبلَّغ العيادة.
- متابعة الغياب: من فاته موعده تصله رسالة إعادة حجز لبقة تلقائياً.
- مجانية دائماً: التذكيرات والتأكيدات لا تستهلك رصيد محادثاتك أبداً — المحادثات الحقيقية فقط هي التي تُحتسب.
مع الربط الرسمي تُرسل التذكيرات بقوالب معتمدة من ميتا. ومع الباركود تكتبها بأسلوبك — دون أي اعتماد.
